What it is<\/h2>\n

Nudges can reach you by text message, by email, and by push to the RealDialer app on your phone. You switch each one on or off, choose whether your why photo comes along, and choose one nudge or up to two per alarm.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Switch on Text message<\/strong>. If it says “Verify your mobile number first”, press Verify my mobile<\/strong> and follow the steps.

    Switch on text, email or push to the RealDialer app<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n
  2. Switch on Email<\/strong>. Nudges go to the email address on your profile.<\/li>\n
  3. Switch on Push to the RealDialer app<\/strong>. You need to be signed in to the RealDialer app on your phone.<\/li>\n
  4. Turn Include my why photo<\/strong> on or off.<\/li>\n
  5. Under Nudges per alarm<\/strong>, pick One<\/strong> or Up to two<\/strong>.

    Pick how many nudges per alarm, then press Send me a test<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n
  6. Press Send me a test<\/strong>. The message under the button says which channels sent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n

    • Texts come from RealDialer’s own number, only when an alarm you set goes off. Reply STOP to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.<\/li>\n
    • If you texted STOP, the text switch is locked. Text START to the number shown to allow texts again.<\/li>\n
    • The mobile you verify here is the same number your returned calls ring, so verifying it here sets that too.<\/li>\n
    • With Up to two<\/strong>, a second nudge comes 30 minutes after the first if you still have not started.<\/li>\n
