What it is<\/h2>\n
Recent nudges<\/strong> is the history of your accountability alarm. Each line shows the alarm, when it ran, and whether it was Sent<\/strong>, Held back<\/strong>, Could not send<\/strong> or still Sending<\/strong>. Held back lines say why, and sent lines say which channels went out.<\/p>\n
Open Accountability alarm<\/strong> and scroll to Recent nudges<\/strong>. \nScroll to Recent nudges at the bottom of Accountability alarm<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n
Find the alarm you expected and read its status.<\/li>\n
For a held back nudge, read the reason after the time.<\/li>\n
For a sent nudge, check the channel summary, for example “Text sent \u00b7 Email sent \u00b7 App no phone signed in”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Good to know<\/h2>\n
Common reasons a nudge is held back:<\/p>\n
\n
You were dialing<\/strong> or You were on the dialer<\/strong>: you had already started, so no nudge was needed.<\/li>\n
You did follow ups<\/strong>: a Follow ups alarm saw you had already done the work.<\/li>\n
You skipped today<\/strong> or Snoozed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
Alarm turned off<\/strong> or This alarm is off<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
Quiet hours<\/strong> or Too late to send<\/strong>: nudges never go out between 10 PM and 7 AM.<\/li>\n
No channels on<\/strong> or No channel could send<\/strong>: switch on a channel, or fix the one that failed, under How to reach you.<\/li>\n
Account not active<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
