You upload three photos, give your legal name, and tell us your industry and license number. RealDialer reviews them, and you can call once they are approved. Until then a banner at the top of every page says <strong>Verify your identity to start calling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Settings &gt; Account &gt; Identity verification. You can also press <strong>Verify now<\/strong> on the banner at the top of the page.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Identity verification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press each photo box to take or choose a photo: <strong>Photo ID, front<\/strong>, <strong>Photo ID, back<\/strong>, and <strong>You holding your ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Type your <strong>Full legal name, exactly as it appears on your ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose your <strong>Type of ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Add an <strong>Alternate phone number<\/strong> where RealDialer can reach you.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Your business<\/strong>, choose your <strong>Industry<\/strong> and fill in what it asks for (see below).<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Submit for review<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Your industry and license<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Real estate agent or broker<\/strong>: your <strong>License number<\/strong> and the <strong>State that issued it<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insurance agent<\/strong>: your <strong>NPN (National Producer Number)<\/strong>, or a state insurance license number and its state. You can look up your NPN for free at nipr.com.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mortgage loan officer<\/strong>: your <strong>NMLS ID<\/strong>, digits only.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Real estate investor or wholesaler<\/strong>, <strong>Home services (solar, roofing, HVAC and similar)<\/strong>, or <strong>Other<\/strong>: no license is needed. Give your <strong>Business name<\/strong> and, in one line, <strong>who you call and why<\/strong>. If you have a contractor license or business registration, you can add it.<\/li>\n<li>RealDialer checks the license against the state or national license search. To change it later, open Identity verification again, edit <strong>Your business<\/strong>, and press <strong>Save business details<\/strong>. A new license number is checked again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A driver license, state ID, or passport works. For a passport, upload the photo page again as the back.<\/li>\n<li>Keep all four corners of the ID in frame with no glare. Each file must be under 10 MB.<\/li>\n<li>No camera on your computer? Use <strong>Show QR code for my phone<\/strong> to take the photos on your phone.<\/li>\n<li>Approval usually comes the same business day. While it is being reviewed the page says <strong>Your ID is being reviewed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Only the account owner or a manager can verify the account.
