If any one seat holds more caller IDs than the smaller plan allows, the downgrade button is greyed out until the extra numbers are released.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Settings &gt; Billing &gt; Plan and billing &gt; Change plan. It says how many caller IDs one of your seats holds and how many the plan allows.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Settings &gt; Outbound numbers and release the extra numbers on that seat.<\/li>\n<li>Come back to Plan and billing. When no seat is over the limit, the downgrade button works.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The check looks at the single seat with the most caller IDs, not the account total.<\/li>\n<li>Upgrades are never blocked this way.<\/li>\n<li>If you are not sure which numbers to let go, check Settings &gt; Number health first and keep the ones that still get answered.<\/li>\n<li>If you need help, open a support request in the Billing and plan category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Each plan allows a set number of caller IDs per agent: 10 on Foundation, 35 on Operator and 100 on Command.
