You set it once and every agent&#8217;s picks follow it.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Settings &gt; Calling &gt; Call flows<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Settings<\/strong> and choose <strong>Call flows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Switch on <strong>Use my custom call flows<\/strong>. While it is off, every result does what RealDialer does by default, and the pill reads <strong>Using the defaults<\/strong>. It always suppresses the number.<\/li>\n<li>Resting a number only rests the number dialed. The contact&#8217;s other numbers still come up.<\/li>\n<li>Sequence touches land as tasks for you. Nothing is sent by itself.<\/li>\n<li>Email the record goes to a teammate, or to an outside address that has confirmed it wants these under <strong>Outside addresses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Rules run in the same save as the call.
