You write the questions once. Pick the <strong>Answer type<\/strong>, add <strong>Choices<\/strong> for a pick list, and tick <strong>Has to be answered<\/strong> where needed. Use <strong>Open with<\/strong> to prefill an answer from what the dialer already knows.<\/li>\n<li>Choose who can use it, and whether to <strong>Move the contact into the CRM when a lead comes in<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Save lead sheet<\/strong>. Callers see it on their next call.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Write questions the way you would ask them out loud. The caller reads them during a live call.<\/li>\n<li>Sent leads appear on the <strong>Leads<\/strong> tab, with a count of new ones. Filter by state or sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Nothing on this screen sends an email. Leads land here, not in an inbox.<\/li>\n<li>Archiving a sheet keeps every lead it collected.<\/li>\n<li>Only owners and managers build sheets.
