The caller hears your greeting and can leave a message instead of ringing out.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Settings &gt; Calling &gt; Voicemail boxes<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Settings<\/strong> and choose <strong>Voicemail boxes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>New box<\/strong>. WAV files must be under 8 MB.<\/li>\n<li>The person a box belongs to gets an email when someone calls and another with a link to listen when they leave a message. Nobody named means the owner and managers get them.<\/li>\n<li>Messages wait in the inbox on the Recordings screen and clear automatically after 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>You can also point a number or a number group at a box on the outbound numbers screen.<\/li>\n<li>Turning a box off sends its numbers back to ringing the account.
