  • The notice reads: use prerecorded voicemail drops only with contacts who gave written consent. Cold calls require a live voice.<\/li>\n
  • If you are calling cold lists, talk live. Leave your own spoken message on a live call rather than a drop.<\/li>\n
  • You, as the caller, are responsible for having consent. The voicemail drop section of the RealDialer terms at realdialer.com\/terms explains this in full; the See Terms<\/strong> link opens it.<\/li>\n
  • Click to dial only and other settings do not make a drop lawful. They change how calls are placed, not whether you have consent.<\/li>\n
