Pick what it points at, such as the tag or the sequence, and press <strong>Add<\/strong>. To change a step later, open it, make the change, and press <strong>Save this step<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press the <strong>Off<\/strong> switch to turn it on.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An automation with no steps cannot be switched on.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>What this has done<\/strong> to see each run, including anything passed over and why.<\/li>\n<li>Agents can read every rule but only owners and managers can change them.<\/li>\n<li>Automations do not send texts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start a sequence<\/strong> needs a sequence to pick. Build one under Sequences first.
