Callbacks saved on a call land here on their own.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>CRM &gt; Calendar<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pick a view: <strong>Day<\/strong>, <strong>Week<\/strong>, <strong>Month<\/strong> or <strong>Agenda<\/strong> (the next two weeks).<br \/>\n<figure class=\"rd-shot rd-shot-howto\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/realdialer-help-howto-crm-calendar-1.webp?v=1791835682\" alt=\"Pick a view, then press New calendar item to add something\" width=\"1440\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><figcaption>Pick a view, then press New calendar item to add something<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use the arrows to move back or forward, and <strong>Today<\/strong> to come back.<\/li>\n<li>To keep a view as your default, press <strong>Open on week from now on<\/strong> (or whichever view you are on).<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>New calendar item<\/strong> to add something. In Month view, the plus on a day adds to that day.<\/li>\n<li>Enter what it is, pick a type (Callback, Appointment or Task), set the start and optional end, time zone, place, phone and notes, and pick a contact if there is one.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Add to calendar<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<figure class=\"rd-shot rd-shot-howto\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/realdialer-help-howto-crm-calendar-2.webp?v=1791835683\" alt=\"Say what it is, pick a type and time, then Add to calendar\" width=\"1440\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><figcaption>Say what it is, pick a type and time, then Add to calendar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click any item to edit it or set its outcome, such as Held, No show, Rescheduled, Completed or Cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Times show in your own clock, and each item keeps the zone it was booked in.<\/li>\n<li>Open tasks with a due time show with a dashed edge and a check box. Click one to edit the task. Untick <strong>Show tasks<\/strong> to hide them.<\/li>\n<li>A Call, Follow up or Call back task with a due time is a callback, so it shows as the callback. Moving or finishing either one moves or finishes the other.<\/li>\n<li>Use the filters to show one type, one outcome, or, for owners and managers, one person&#8217;s calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Click a date number in Month view to open that day.<\/li>\n<li>Appointment reminders show inside an appointment when you open it.<\/li>\n<li>Connected calendars are set up in Settings, Calendars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The calendar shows callbacks the dialer booked, appointments you set and your open tasks with a due time, on one grid.
