You get a supported value range, a price per square foot, the sales it used, and a PDF to download.<\/p>\n<p>RealDialer has no listing feed of its own. Your comparables come from your own MLS through your CloseDaily connection, a CSV export you already have, or sales you type in.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>CRM &gt; CMA. The Reports tab builds reports, the Comparable sales tab manages your sales.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>On <strong>Comparable sales<\/strong>, add sales one of three ways: <strong>Pull sold comparables<\/strong> from your MLS (set the miles out and months back), <strong>Choose a CSV<\/strong> to import an export, or fill in <strong>Add a sale<\/strong> and press <strong>Save the sale<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<figure class=\"rd-shot rd-shot-howto\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/realdialer-help-howto-crm-cma-1.webp?v=1791835687\" alt=\"Comparable sales: pull, import or type in sales\" width=\"1440\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><figcaption>Comparable sales: pull, import or type in sales<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>Switch to <strong>Reports<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the address and what you know about the house: beds, baths, living area, lot, year built, garage, basement, pool and condition.<\/li>\n<li>Optionally pick a contact under <strong>File it on a contact<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Build the report<\/strong>. With fewer, it is held instead of priced, and a follow up task is written for you.<\/li>\n<li>Blank house details are looked up from the county parcel record where available. Anything still unknown skips its adjustment.<\/li>\n<li>Pulling from the MLS needs CloseDaily connected with an MLS licence on your board.<\/li>\n<li>The name and licence number on the front page come from your Brand Kit.<\/li>\n<li>Approving does not send anything.
