Each file gets a label so you can find it later.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Open a contact &gt; Files tab<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the contact and click the <strong>Files<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Pick a label under <strong>Label it<\/strong>: CMA, Net sheet, Buyer report, Market update, Offer, Contract, Disclosure, Photos or Other.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Attach a file<\/strong> and choose the document.<br \/>\n<figure class=\"rd-shot rd-shot-howto\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/realdialer-help-howto-crm-contact-files-1.webp?v=1791835688\" alt=\"Files tab: pick a label, then Attach a file\" width=\"1440\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><figcaption>Files tab: pick a label, then Attach a file<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<li>To change a label later, use the menu on the file&#8217;s row.<\/li>\n<li>Use the download icon to open a file, or the bin to delete it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Files can be up to 25 MB each and are stored privately.<\/li>\n<li>A sequence step can wait until a file with a certain label is on the contact before it runs, for example hold a touch until the signed contract is attached.<\/li>\n<li>When you merge duplicates, files move to the record you keep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Each contact has a Files tab for documents about that person: agreements, disclosures, offers, photos and more.
