What it is<\/h2>\n

Each person in RealDialer has one record page with everything about them: numbers, contact info, lists they are on, your fields, tags, the next follow-up, calling status, and a full history of calls, notes and messages.<\/p>\n

Where to find it<\/h2>\n

CRM > Contacts > click a contact. Search in the top bar also opens records.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. At the top you see the name, rating, main number, email, address and tags, with buttons for Call<\/strong>, Text<\/strong>, Email<\/strong>, Task<\/strong> and Deal<\/strong>.

  2. The left column holds cards: At a glance, Numbers on file, Contact info, On lists, Your fields, Tags, Next follow-up and Calling.<\/li>\n
  3. The main area has tabs: Activity, Calls, Recordings, Voicemails, Notes, Tasks, Texts, Email, Deals, Files and Property.

  4. On the Activity tab, choose Note<\/strong> or Task<\/strong> above the timeline to add one fast.<\/li>\n
  5. If you opened the record from a list, use Previous<\/strong> and Next<\/strong> in the top bar, or press K and J, to move through the list.

  6. Press Back to list<\/strong> or Back to contacts<\/strong> to return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n

    • The More actions<\/strong> menu has Edit contact, Add to a list, Add to the CRM, Full call history, Property and owner details, Find duplicates to merge and Delete contact.<\/li>\n
    • When a deal is open, its stage track shows under the header. Click a stage to move it.<\/li>\n
    • Zillow, Google Maps and Realtor.com links appear when the record has an address.<\/li>\n
