It says who it is about and when.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Open<\/strong> to go to that contact, or <strong>Listen<\/strong> to hear a voicemail.<\/li>\n<li>If an alert says Nobody owns this yet, press <strong>Claim<\/strong> to take it.<\/li>\n<li>Press the tick to dismiss an alert.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Mark all read<\/strong> to clear the count.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The bell checks for new alerts every 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Calls and voicemails are also emailed to you.<\/li>\n<li>Text replies appear here only.<\/li>\n<li>An alert nobody owns goes to everyone who can see the whole account until someone claims it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The bell in the top bar shows what happened while you were busy: missed calls, voicemails and replies.
