What it is<\/h2>\n

A smart list is a saved question, not a saved copy. It re-runs against your CRM every time you open it, so it is always current. RealDialer comes with built in smart lists, and you can save your own.<\/p>\n

Where to find it<\/h2>\n

CRM > Smart Lists, or the Smart lists column on the left of CRM > Contacts.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open a built in list: Hot leads, Tasks due, In a deal, Added this week, Quiet 30 days, Never reached, Missing an email or Unassigned.

  2. To make your own, go to CRM > Contacts and set the filters the way you work.<\/li>\n
  3. Press Save as smart list<\/strong>.

  4. Give it a name. Owners and managers can tick Share with everyone on this account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Press Save smart list<\/strong>. It appears under Custom on the Contacts page and under Yours on the Smart Lists page.

  6. To delete one of yours, press the x next to it, or the bin on its card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n

    • Each list shows a live count.<\/li>\n
    • Deleting a smart list never touches the contacts in it.<\/li>\n
    • In a shared list, each person still only sees the contacts they are allowed to see.<\/li>\n
