{"id":759,"date":"2026-10-12T08:39:07","date_gmt":"2026-10-12T13:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/help\/dialer-pre-call-brief\/"},"modified":"2026-10-12T15:09:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T20:09:08","slug":"dialer-pre-call-brief","status":"publish","type":"rd_doc","link":"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/help\/dialer\/dialer-pre-call-brief\/","title":{"rendered":"Read the pre-call brief"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>What it is<\/h2>\n<p>The person&#8217;s card on the live call screen tells you who you are talking to at a glance: their name, phone and property address, the list they came from, their last result and when they were last called.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Dialer &gt; live session &gt; the person&#8217;s card, and the facts row on the Conversation tab<\/p>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The chips under the name show the list, the last result (highlighted) or <strong>First call to them<\/strong>, and <strong>Last called<\/strong> with the date.<\/li>\n<li>On the Conversation tab, the property comes first: owner, links such as Zillow, and house facts like beds, baths, estimated value and last sale, when the records have them.<\/li>\n<li>The facts row at the bottom of the Conversation tab shows the last result, last called, email and the person&#8217;s local time.<\/li>\n<li>On a one line session, a short brief also shows while the number is still ringing.<\/li>\n<li>If the record has not loaded, those details simply do not show.
