What it is<\/h2>\n

Your callback phone is the cell where people ring when they call your caller ID back and nobody answers in the browser. It is never shown to the people you call. You must verify it once before you can start dialing.<\/p>\n

Where to find it<\/h2>\n

Dialer > Connection > Verify your callback number<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open Dialer<\/strong>, pick a campaign and press Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Under Verify your callback number<\/strong>, type your phone in Callback phone<\/strong>.

  3. The code comes by text message. Press Text me a code<\/strong>.

  4. Type the six digit code under Six-digit code<\/strong> and press Confirm number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. The card turns to Verified<\/strong> and shows the number.

    • To use a different phone later, press Change number<\/strong> on the verified card and repeat the steps.<\/li>\n
    • Typed the wrong number? Press Use a different number<\/strong> before confirming.<\/li>\n
    • If texting codes shows as unavailable, write to support to verify the number.<\/li>\n
    • Continue<\/strong> on step 2 stays locked until the phone is verified.<\/li>\n
