What it is

Each Email upgrade size has a contact limit, a monthly email allowance and a daily cap. When a cap is reached, emails wait and send later. They are not lost.

Where to find it

Upgrades, for the sizes. Settings > Integrations > Email sending, for your domain and its status.

Steps

  1. Open Upgrades to see which Email size is on and what it includes.

  2. If you need more room, choose a bigger size there. The account owner handles billing.

  3. Open Email sending to check your domain is verified and not paused.

    Good to know

    The three sizes:

    • Email Starter, $19.97 a month: up to 1,500 contacts, 15,000 emails a month, 500 a day. Starts with a 14-day free trial.

    • Email Growth, $39.97 a month: up to 5,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, 2,000 a day.

    • Email Pro, $79.97 a month: up to 15,000 contacts, 150,000 emails a month, 5,000 a day.

      Also:

      • Emails over the daily cap wait and go out once there is room again.

      • If the Email upgrade is turned off, queued emails are held, not cancelled. They resume when it is back on.

      • Once your domain is verified, the Email sending page shows how many emails went out today against your domain’s daily limit. Your size’s daily cap also applies, whichever is lower.

      • If Email sending is paused shows on the page, sending stopped to protect your domain’s reputation. Press Contact support to have it reviewed. Until then, email steps land as tasks.
