What it is<\/h2>\n

If you use CloseDaily CRM, you can connect it so every lead, appointment and listing you mark on a call lands in CloseDaily on its own. Any other contact can be sent with one click.<\/p>\n

Settings > Integrations > Connections > CloseDaily CRM<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open CloseDaily in another tab and sign in.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose Integrations<\/strong> in CloseDaily’s left navigation.<\/li>\n
  3. Under RealDialer, choose New connection key<\/strong>, name it RealDialer, and copy the key. CloseDaily shows it only once.<\/li>\n
  4. In RealDialer, paste it in CloseDaily connection API key<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Press Verify and connect CloseDaily CRM<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Under Leads into CloseDaily<\/strong>, leave Send leads, appointments and listings automatically<\/strong> ticked, or untick it to send only by hand.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n

    • With automatic sending on, a call you mark as a lead, an appointment or a listing is sent within a minute.<\/li>\n
    • Any other contact goes with the Send to CloseDaily<\/strong> button on the dialer and on the contact record.<\/li>\n
    • With automatic sending off, only the Send button moves a contact over.<\/li>\n
    • The key belongs to your CloseDaily seat. A teammate connecting RealDialer makes their own.<\/li>\n
    • If your CloseDaily account carries an MLS feed, the connection can also supply comparable sales. If it does not, the connection still works and the comps line stays off.<\/li>\n
