Every delivery is signed so the receiver can prove it came from RealDialer.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Settings &gt; Integrations &gt; Connections &gt; Outbound webhooks<\/p>\n<figure class=\"rd-shot rd-shot-app\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/realdialer-help-integrations-webhooks.webp\" alt=\"Send events with outbound webhooks: Outbound webhooks are here\" width=\"1440\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><figcaption>Send events with outbound webhooks: Outbound webhooks are here.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Under <strong>Add a webhook<\/strong>, type a <strong>Label<\/strong> and paste the <strong>Destination URL<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Tick the events to send: <strong>New lead<\/strong>, <strong>Call outcome recorded<\/strong>, <strong>Appointment set<\/strong>, <strong>Callback due<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Create webhook<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Copy the signing secret right away. RealDialer shows it only once.<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>Send test event<\/strong> on the webhook card to check it arrives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Only https addresses are accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Each event is delivered once, with no retries. Failures stay visible on each card with the last delivery result.<\/li>\n<li>A webhook that fails again and again is turned off on its own. Fix the destination, then turn it back on.<\/li>\n<li>Use the switch on a card to pause it.
