What it is<\/h2>\n

Each list in the Lists panel has a menu for renaming, tagging, filing and archiving it. Tags are groups like a town or a source, and they are shared with campaign groups.<\/p>\n

Lists > Lists panel > the three dot menu beside a list.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Hover a list in the Lists panel and click its three dot menu.

  2. Choose Rename<\/strong>, type the new name, and click Rename<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose Tag<\/strong>, type a tag or pick one you already use, and click Add tag<\/strong>. Tick Remove this tag instead<\/strong> to take one off.

  4. Choose Archive<\/strong> and confirm with Archive list<\/strong> to put a list away.

  5. To bring one back, open Archived lists<\/strong> in the panel, open its menu, and choose Unarchive<\/strong>.

    Good to know<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Archiving keeps every contact. The list leaves the panel and stops being offered to new campaigns.<\/li>\n
    • A list a session is working right now cannot be archived.<\/li>\n
    • On List performance, Auto-group<\/strong> suggests groups from each list’s main city and name. Nothing is saved until you click Apply groups<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • A list can carry up to 12 groups.<\/li>\n
    • Lists RealDialer keeps itself cannot be renamed, tagged or archived.<\/li>\n
