When you are ready to call them again, you put them back with one click.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Dialer &gt; Notes card &gt; Send this lead, the result popup, or a contact record&#8217;s Lists section<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>During a call, press <strong>Add to RealDialer CRM<\/strong> under Notes. Right after removing, <strong>Put back<\/strong> does the same.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Only that one list is affected. They stay on any other list they are on.<\/li>\n<li>Their call history, notes and results all stay.<\/li>\n<li>This is not do not call.
