What it is<\/h2>\n

Draw an area, press Get phone numbers<\/strong>, confirm the cost, and the owners’ numbers land in a calling list you can dial. The list is made for you when the lookup finishes, even if you close the window.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Draw an area. The panel shows how many homes are in it.<\/li>\n
  2. Press Get phone numbers<\/strong>. RealDialer checks the homes for free.<\/li>\n
  3. Read the confirm card: the homes to look up, the cost, and your balance. The calling list is named after the area; change the name if you like. Options<\/strong> lets you add to a list you already have instead.<\/li>\n
  4. Press the button, for example Get numbers for 25 homes, up to 50 credits<\/strong>. You can close the window while it runs.<\/li>\n
  5. When it finishes you see how many callable numbers are in the list. Press Start dialing this list<\/strong> to open the Dialer on it, or Open list<\/strong> to look at it first.<\/li>\n
  6. An area that has numbers but no list yet shows Make the calling list<\/strong> on My areas. Press it, then the same buttons appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n

    • You get the owner, a mailing address and their phone numbers with do-not-call and litigator flags.<\/li>\n
    • With RealDialer credits, each home a record is found for uses 2 credits ($0.20). Homes with no record are free. The cost shown before you confirm is the most the run can use.<\/li>\n
    • Every account starts with 25 free credits. After that, buy credit packs in Settings > Connections > Skip trace credits.<\/li>\n
    • With your own Tracerfy key, RealDialer charges nothing. Tracerfy bills your own balance for each home it finds.<\/li>\n
    • If you run short of credits, only the homes you can afford are looked up, and a Buy credits link appears. Buy more, open the area again and press Look up the rest<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Numbers on a do-not-call list, and people flagged as litigators, are never put on the list to dial.<\/li>\n
