It lists your open tasks of every type and your scheduled callbacks, overdue first, then the soonest due, then tasks with no due date. It counts your whole account, all time, not just the date range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Best time to dial<\/strong> shows the weekday and hour where you get the most conversations. It appears after 8 attempts and 2 conversations in the same weekday and hour window.<\/li>\n<li>The live cards refresh every 30 seconds, so a call you just missed shows up without reloading the page.<\/li>\n<li>RealDialer intelligence shows short notes about your activity.
