How long depends on your plan, or two years with the Call Recording upgrade. Transcripts, AI summaries and call facts are kept permanently.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Recordings in the left menu. It is $9.97 a month for the whole account and has a 14-day free trial.<\/li>\n<li>When audio is removed, the call shows Audio expired. The transcript and summary are still there.<\/li>\n<li>While the upgrade is off or in its free trial, a note at the top of the Recordings page says so, with the days left in the trial.<\/li>\n<li>Download any audio you need to keep before it expires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Call audio is kept for a set number of days, then deleted.
