Good to know<\/h2>\n

  • Calls placed<\/strong> or Dials<\/strong>: call attempts that actually dialed.<\/li>\n
  • People reached<\/strong>: calls that reached a live person. A voicemail greeting, an answering machine, a call screener or a call you marked as voicemail is not a person.<\/li>\n
  • Connect rate<\/strong>: the share of dials that reached a person.<\/li>\n
  • Conversation<\/strong>: a call that reached a person and has a saved conversation result.<\/li>\n
  • Contact rate<\/strong> on a campaign: conversations out of dials.<\/li>\n
  • Right party rate<\/strong>: the share of people reached who were the right person, not a wrong number.<\/li>\n
  • Talk time<\/strong>: time on the phone with a person. Machines, voicemail drops and abandoned answers do not count.<\/li>\n
  • Voicemails left<\/strong>: counted separately, never as talk time.<\/li>\n
  • Conversation coverage<\/strong>: unique callable contacts on a list with a saved conversation result, divided by all callable contacts on it.<\/li>\n
  • Still to reach<\/strong>: people you have not had a conversation with yet. Untouched<\/strong> means never dialed.<\/li>\n
  • Leads<\/strong>: records that moved into the CRM from a call.<\/li>\n
