What it is<\/h2>\n

The outcome funnel, Dials to closed, follows your calls from the first dial to a closed deal. It is measured from the calendar and the deal board, not only from the results you pick at the end of a call, so it shows what really happened.<\/p>\n

  1. Open Reports<\/strong> and pick a range.<\/li>\n
  2. In Dials to closed<\/strong>, choose Just me<\/strong> or Whole account<\/strong>.

  3. Read the five stages: Dials, Conversations, Appointments booked, Appointments held and Closed.<\/li>\n
  4. Click any stage to open the calls behind it, then click a person to open their record.<\/li>\n
  5. Read the table below to see which lists the calls came from.

    Good to know<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Each stage shows its share of the stage above and of all dials.<\/li>\n
    • Below the stages you see how appointments went: Held, No show, Cancelled, Still ahead, and Never answered when nobody marked what happened.<\/li>\n
    • If calls were marked appointment set but never landed on the calendar, a line tells you how many. Those people get no reminder.<\/li>\n
    • Every stage is counted by when the call happened, so an appointment held weeks later still counts toward the week you dialed.<\/li>\n
    • A stage list shows the 50 most recent. Narrow the range to see the rest.<\/li>\n
