What it is<\/h2>\n

Every request you make is listed on the Support page with its status and reference number. You can read support’s replies, answer them, and reopen a resolved request within 14 days.<\/p>\n

Where to find it<\/h2>\n

Your name in the top right > Support > Your requests<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open Support<\/strong> from the menu under your name.<\/li>\n
  2. Pick a request under Your requests<\/strong>. Requests with an unread answer show New reply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Read the conversation. Messages are marked You or RealDialer Support.<\/li>\n
  4. Type in Reply<\/strong> and press Send reply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. For a resolved request, type in Reopen with a reply<\/strong> and press Reopen and send<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Open<\/strong> means support is working on it. Action needed<\/strong> means support needs more information from you. Reply to send it back to them.<\/li>\n
    • Resolved<\/strong> requests can be reopened by replying within 14 days of being resolved. After that, create a new request.<\/li>\n
    • Closed<\/strong> requests cannot be replied to. Press New request<\/strong> to ask again.<\/li>\n
    • Each request shows a reference like RD-1A2B3C4D. Quote it if you email about the same issue.<\/li>\n
