What it is<\/h2>\n

Everyone who dials on your account gets their own sign in, their own numbers and their own call history. You add a person by creating an invite link and giving it to them yourself.<\/p>\n

Where to find it<\/h2>\n

Settings > Team > Members and seats > Add somebody<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open Settings<\/strong>, then choose Members and seats<\/strong> under Team.<\/li>\n
  2. Under Add somebody<\/strong>, type their Email<\/strong>, and their First name<\/strong> and Last name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Pick a Role<\/strong>: Caller<\/strong> or Manager<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Press Create invite link<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Press Copy link<\/strong> and send it to them by text, email or however you usually reach them.<\/li>\n
  6. Press Done with this link<\/strong> when you have sent it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • RealDialer does not email the link. You send it yourself.<\/li>\n
    • The link expires in seven days. It stops working the moment you make a new one for the same person.<\/li>\n
    • A seat is used the moment you create the link, not when they accept. An open invite counts against your plan.<\/li>\n
    • If every seat is taken, Create invite link<\/strong> is unavailable. Disable a seat to free one, or move up a plan.<\/li>\n
    • Managers can add callers. Only the account owner can add a manager.<\/li>\n
    • Lost the link? Press the link icon on their row in On the account<\/strong> to make a new one. The old one stops working.<\/li>\n
    • After they join, give them caller IDs in Outbound numbers<\/strong>. Each caller dials only from their own numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
