Your plan pays for a set number of seats. The count at the top of Members and seats shows how many are used, for example &#8220;3 of 5 seats used&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Where to find it<\/h2>\n<p>Settings &gt; Team &gt; Members and seats. The seat count sits at the top right.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>Members and seats<\/strong> and read the seat count.<\/li>\n<li>If all seats are taken and you need one, either disable a seat you no longer need, or add seats to your plan.<\/li>\n<li>To add seats, the account owner opens <strong>Settings &gt; Billing &gt; Plan and billing<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<figure class=\"rd-shot rd-shot-howto\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realdialer.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/realdialer-help-howto-team-seats-2.webp?v=1791835827\" alt=\"Plan and billing: the seats on the plan, and Change plan\" width=\"1440\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><figcaption>Plan and billing: the seats on the plan, and Change plan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A seat is spoken for the moment you create an invite link, not when the person accepts. Open invites count.<\/li>\n<li>A disabled seat goes back to your plan, so you can give it to somebody else without upgrading.<\/li>\n<li>When every seat is used, the count turns to a warning and <strong>Create invite link<\/strong> explains why it is unavailable.<\/li>\n<li>Plans are priced per agent each month: Foundation $89, Operator $129, Command $219.<\/li>\n<li>Only the owner can change billing and the plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A seat is one person who can dial on your account.
