Your card is charged that day for each agent seat, then on that day each month, separate from your plan. If the card says texting cannot be bought online yet, press <strong>Open a support request<\/strong> and it is added for you.<\/li>\n<li>Work through <strong>Before texts can send<\/strong>: finish <strong>Business registration<\/strong> in Text registration, then pick <strong>Your texting number<\/strong> under Outbound numbers.<\/li>\n<li>When the card says you are ready, press <strong>Open the Inbox<\/strong> to send your first text.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Good to know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Texting has no free trial. The text registration starts once texting is added, and texts go out when it is approved.<\/li>\n<li>If a texting payment fails, texting turns off right away and the card shows <strong>Update card<\/strong> and <strong>Retry payment<\/strong>. Retry within 24 hours to keep the same billing day.<\/li>\n<li>Only the account owner can add or cancel texting. Others see &#8220;Ask the account owner to add texting.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Each text is up to 160 plain characters, with no emoji, so one text is always one text.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Texts this month<\/strong> shows how many you have used. If they run out, sending pauses until the 1st. Nothing extra is charged.<\/li>\n<li>Your texting number stays out of the dialing rotation, so the daily call limit never touches it. Pick an area code your prospects recognize.<\/li>\n<li>To stop, press <strong>Cancel texting<\/strong>, then <strong>Yes, cancel texting<\/strong>. Its billing ends and sending stops right away. Conversations already in the Inbox stay.
