What it is<\/h2>\n

Every account gets Call Recording, RealDialer AI and Email Starter switched on for free for 14 days. No card step and no ask. When the days run out, the tool simply turns off unless the owner chose to keep it. Texting, Coach access, RealDialer AI Pro, Email Growth, Email Pro and Neighborhood Search have no free trial.<\/p>\n

Where to find it<\/h2>\n

Upgrades shows the days left on each card. A notice beside the tool, such as on Recordings or Plan and billing, shows the days left too.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Open Upgrades<\/strong> to see Free trial, X days left<\/strong> on each card.<\/li>\n
  2. To keep an upgrade, the owner presses Keep it<\/strong> on its card, then Yes, add it<\/strong>. The card is charged that day and then on the same day each month, separate from your plan, and nothing changes in how it works.<\/li>\n
  3. To let it end, do nothing. You are never charged for a trial ending.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n

    • In the last three days of a trial, a banner appears under the top bar with a See upgrades<\/strong> button. For a week after a trial ends, a banner says so with Turn back on<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Press the X on the banner to put it away. Putting away the ending soon banner does not hide the ended one.<\/li>\n
    • The owner gets an email three days before a trial ends, and another when it has ended.<\/li>\n
    • When a trial ends, everything it made stays on your contact records. Recordings made during the Call Recording trial keep their two years.<\/li>\n
    • After it ends: new recordings are kept for your plan’s days, AI summaries and AI coaching stop, and sequence emails become tasks to send by hand.<\/li>\n
    • The RealDialer AI trial comes with a free trial AI allowance. Its card shows how much is used. If it is used before the trial ends, calls are still transcribed at standard accuracy and AI summaries pause.<\/li>\n
    • You can turn an ended upgrade back on any time from its card with Turn it back on<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Texting is a paid upgrade from the first day. Once it is added you register your business with the carriers, and texts go out when the registration is approved.<\/li>\n
