What it is<\/h2>\n

Every plan includes the dialer, the CRM, lists, 30 to 90 days of recordings and reports. The Upgrades page holds the pieces you can add on top of any plan, shows where each one stands for your account, and is where the owner turns them on or off.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Click Upgrades<\/strong> in the left menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Under Your upgrades<\/strong>, read each card: what it costs, what it includes and whether it is on.<\/li>\n
  3. Under RealDialer AI<\/strong>, pick RealDialer AI or RealDialer AI Pro. Under Email marketing<\/strong>, pick the size that fits your list.<\/li>\n
  4. If you are the owner, use the button on a card to turn it on, keep it after a free trial, or turn it off. Turning one on asks you to confirm the price first, and charges your card that day.<\/li>\n
  5. Under Already in your plan<\/strong>, see what every plan includes at no extra cost: CRM sync, booking pages, and skip trace credits you pay for only when a record is found.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Good to know<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • The upgrades are Call Recording ($9.97 a month per account), RealDialer AI ($49.97 a month per agent, or RealDialer AI Pro at $99.97 a month per agent), Coach access ($2.99 a month per agent), and Email Starter, Growth or Pro ($19.97, $39.97 or $79.97 a month per account).<\/li>\n
    • Call Recording, RealDialer AI and Email Starter start with a 14 day free trial. Texting, Coach access, RealDialer AI Pro, Email Growth and Email Pro have no free trial.<\/li>\n
    • Each upgrade is billed on its own subscription, separate from your plan: charged the day you turn it on, then on that day each month. Turn on Call Recording on the 17th and it bills on the 17th.<\/li>\n
    • RealDialer AI and the email sizes are one size at a time. Moving a paid size to another takes effect at once and keeps its billing day; the difference is charged that day going up, or credited going down.<\/li>\n
    • Each card shows one of these: a free trial with days left, On, Off because the payment failed, Your free run ended, Off or Not on.<\/li>\n
    • Only the account owner can turn upgrades on or off. Everyone else sees the price and a note that the owner turns it on.<\/li>\n
    • Where texting is open, a Texting<\/strong> card shows here too. It sends you to Plan and billing to add it, then to Text registration. See the article on texting.<\/li>\n
