Good to know

  • Caller IDs are included in your plan. Foundation includes 10 per agent, Operator 35 per agent and Command 100 per agent.
  • Every number belongs to one agent. Only that agent dials from it.
  • A call block never runs on more lines than you have caller IDs. If you have 3 numbers, you dial on at most 3 lines.
  • Each number can make at most 70 dials a day, which protects it from spam labels.
  • The same caller ID screens are also in Settings > Outbound numbers and Settings > Number health.
