Check which numbers are still being answered

Number health compares how often each of your numbers is answered over the last 14 days against the rest of your own numbers. A number that has picked up a spam label usually shows it here first, as an answer rate well below the others.

What it is

Number health compares how often each of your numbers is answered over the last 14 days against the rest of your own numbers. A number that has picked up a spam label usually shows it here first, as an answer rate well below the others.

Where to find it

Steps

  1. Open Numbers and click the Number health tab.

    Number health tab
  2. Read the summary: numbers, dials in the window, answered across the pool, and benched.
  3. Check each row’s status: Benched, Slipping, Answering normally, or Not enough calls. The worst numbers are listed first.
  4. Click Day by day to see a number’s answer rate for each day.
Day by day for a number's history, Bench it to take it out of rotation

  5. Click Bench it to take a number out of rotation, or Put back to return it.
  6. Click Recheck now to run the check again.

Good to know

  • Only account owners and managers can see this screen.
  • It is measured from your own calls only. RealDialer does not check carriers or spam databases, so it cannot tell you how a number is labeled on a phone.
  • A number needs at least 50 of its own dials in the window before it gets a verdict.
  • A number you bench by hand stays out until somebody puts it back.
  • Days with fewer than 20 dials are greyed out in Day by day, because a rate off a few calls is noise.
