Help and support

Talk to a person

One queue. A real answer.

RealDialer is built and supported by the people who wrote it. Send the form below and it lands in the same queue our own customers write into, with a reference number you can quote back to us. We read every message and normally reply within one business day.

Write to us

Tell us what happened

Give us the email on your account and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is usually enough to fix it on the first reply.

We reply by email, normally within one business day. You get a reference number the moment it lands.

Closing your account

Delete your account, from inside the app

Open the RealDialer app, tap More, then Settings, then Delete account. The screen shows exactly what is removed and what the law makes us keep before you confirm, and you type the word DELETE so it cannot happen by accident.

  • Access ends the moment you confirm, on every signed in device
  • The removal finishes within thirty days and we email you when it is done
  • We do not offer a deactivation in place of a deletion
  • No phone in hand? Ask on the privacy request page and we will do it for you

Because confirming signs you out for good, there is no take back button inside the app. If you change your mind, send a privacy request before the thirty days are up and we will tell you whether the removal has already run.

Removed ALL
Login, profile, sessions, contacts, notes, recordings, files, lists, tickets
Kept 5 years LAW
Call detail records, under 16 CFR 310.5
Kept 5 years LAW
Do not call and suppression records, under 47 CFR 64.1200(d)(6)
Kept BOOKS
Billing records and which terms you accepted

What is kept after a deletion has your name and your contacts stripped out of it, it is not visible anywhere in the product, and it is destroyed when its five years run out. The full rule is in section 9 of the privacy policy.

If we called you

Stop calls from a RealDialer customer

RealDialer is the software an agent uses to place calls. We do not sell contact data and we do not choose who gets called. Tell the caller to put you on their do not call list and they are required to honor it. If you would rather tell us, send the number that called you and the number that was reached and we will pass it to the account and suppress it.

Report a call you received

Found a hole

Report a security issue

Send us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we are doing about it, and we will not come after a researcher who reports in good faith and does not touch other people's data.

Questions

The things people write in about

The app is asking for my microphone. Why?
Because your phone is the audio on the call. RealDialer places the call and connects it to your handset, so iOS asks for microphone access the first time you dial. Decline it and everything else in the app still works, but you will not be able to talk. You can change your mind any time in iOS Settings, under RealDialer.
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link on the sign in screen at app.realdialer.com and we will email you a way back in. If the email never arrives, check the spam folder first, then write to us and tell us the address you signed up with.
How do I cancel?
Ask on the billing page and we will cancel it. The subscription stays live until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted by a cancellation. If you also want the data gone, that is a deletion, and it is the section above.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
Yes. Confirming a deletion cancels the subscription as part of the same request. You do not have to do both.
Can I get my call recordings out before I go?
Yes, and you should. Recordings are kept for 30, 60, or 90 days from the date of the call, depending on your plan, and then deleted, whether or not you close your account, so export anything you need to keep before that window closes. We do not archive recordings for you.
What happens after I send the form?
You get a reference number on the screen straight away. The message goes into our support console, a person reads it, and the reply comes to the email address you gave us. If you would rather write from your own mail client, support@realdialer.com reaches the same people.
Where do I read the actual rules?
The privacy policy says what we collect and how long we keep it. The terms of service cover the agreement itself. The calling terms cover what you agree to when you place calls through us.
Still stuck

Write to us. A person reads it.

Include the email on your account and what you were trying to do. We would rather answer a long message once than five short ones.
