Send us the number that called
The number that appeared on your screen, the date, and roughly what time. Your own number matters too, because that is the one we suppress. Those four things are enough for us to find the call.
Tell us the number that called you and we will find who dialed it.
RealDialer is the software a business uses to make its calls. We are not the business that called you, and we do not choose who gets dialed. What we can do is trace the number back to the account that placed the call, suppress your number so that account cannot dial it again, and act on the account when the calling broke the rules.
The number that appeared on your screen, the date, and roughly what time. Your own number matters too, because that is the one we suppress. Those four things are enough for us to find the call.
Once we have matched the call we add your number to the account's do not call list. That is a hard block inside the dialer, not a preference, and it survives the account importing its list again.
Repeat reports, calls outside legal hours, calls to numbers on the national registry, or a spoofed caller ID all get the account suspended. We keep a record of what we found, which is what makes a pattern visible.
People ask us for the name, address, and phone records of the person who called them, usually because they want to sue. We cannot give you another party's account records on request. What we can do is confirm we found the call, confirm your number is suppressed, and respond to a subpoena or a request from a regulator through the proper channel.
You can also add your number to the national Do Not Call registry at donotcall.gov, which covers callers who never touch our platform at all.
Suppression records are one of the few things a deletion request cannot remove, because a suppression record is exactly what stops the calls from starting again. That rule, and the five year retention behind it under 47 CFR 64.1200(d)(6), is written out in the privacy policy.
You do not need a RealDialer account to file this. Put the calling number and your number in the message.
