Your data

Ask us about your data

Access, correction, deletion, portability.

Send the form and it opens a request with a reference number. We answer inside forty five days and we tell you what we did, not just that we did something. If we need longer we will say so before the forty five days are up and explain why.

Access

A copy of what we hold

We send you the account record, the contacts you loaded, your call history, and the settings behind them, in a format you can open. If somebody else uploaded your number into their own account, say so and we will look for it there too.

Correction

Fix something that is wrong

Tell us the field and what it should say. Most of the account record is editable inside the app; write to us for the parts that are not, and for anything in a call record you believe is inaccurate.

Deletion

Have it removed

Account holders can do this themselves in the app, under More, then Settings, then Delete account. Use this form if you have no phone in hand, or if you are not a customer and want your number out of somebody's list.

Before you send

What we need from you

We are not going to hand somebody's call history to whoever asks for it, so a request has to carry enough for us to match it to a record. None of this is a copy of your ID and we will never ask for one.

  • Write from the email address on the account, or tell us which address it is
  • If you are not a customer, give the phone number you want us to look for
  • Say which of access, correction, deletion, or portability you are asking for
  • An authorized agent acting for somebody else needs written permission from them

We do not charge for a request and we do not treat you differently for making one. If we refuse a request, we say which exception we are relying on and you can come back to us about it.

A deletion cannot reach the records in the second, third and fourth rows, because federal telemarketing rules require them to exist and a suppression record is the thing that keeps you from being called again. They carry no name and no contact detail once a deletion has run, they are not visible anywhere in the product, and they are destroyed on schedule. The full rule is in section 9 of the privacy policy.

Put the request itself in the message. The more precise you are about what you want, the less back and forth it takes.

We reply by email, normally within one business day. You get a reference number the moment it lands.
