15-Line Dialer for Real Estate Teams and High-Volume Agents

Fifteen lines per agent. The most parallel lines of any real estate dialer.

A 15-line dialer rings fifteen numbers at once and connects the first live answer. RealDialer's Command plan gives each agent 15 lines for $219 a month, built for high-volume listing agents, ISAs calling big lists, and the teams that run them.

Plain-English answer

What is a 15-line dialer?

A 15-line dialer is a multi-line power dialer that calls fifteen numbers at the same time for one agent. On large cold lists, where most calls ring out or reach voicemail, fifteen lines keep a steady stream of live answers coming so a caller spends the hour talking instead of waiting. It is the most aggressive setting, so it depends on good guardrails: a minimum ring time, an abandonment guard, and a clear rule for what happens when two people answer at once.

How it works

Built for volume, with the guardrails on

Fifteen lines are for callers whose job is the phone. Here is who that is, how a 15-line session behaves, and what RealDialer is building for the teams behind those callers.

01

Who it is for

High-volume agents, ISAs and teams

Command is for people who treat prospecting like a machine and work lists that are too big to finish on three or five lines.

  • Listing agents who call for several hours a day on large cold lists
  • Inside sales agents whose whole job is booking appointments by phone
  • Teams where several callers each work their own lists every morning
  • Anyone burning through a big expired, absentee or circle list in a single call block
02

How a 15-line session runs

Opens on three, reaches fifteen in a few calls

Pick 15 in the Lines picker and a session opens on 3 lines, then reaches 15 within the first few calls and holds there. If a call is abandoned it eases back to 3 lines for a few calls and climbs back. Every unanswered call rings at least 15 seconds, and the per-campaign guard slows the pace on its own before abandonment approaches 3 percent, then speeds back up when it is safe.

When the line count is too much for a list, set the next session to 10, 5, 3 or 1. Command covers every pace up to 15.

03

Two answers at once

More lines, more simultaneous hellos, one clear rule

With fifteen calls in flight, two people answering close together happens more often than at three or five lines. RealDialer always connects the first confirmed answer to the caller. Anyone who answers after that hears your account's identification message and is logged as an overflow answer, so the session report shows exactly how often it happened. Machines are logged and the dialer moves on, and where your calling terms allow a recorded message, one click drops your voicemail.

Fifteen lines work best on lists where few people answer. On callbacks or warm lists, pick fewer lines.

04

For teams

What teams get today, and what is coming

Today each agent runs their own RealDialer account, and Command gives every one of them 15 lines, the full CRM and the compliance engine. Plans are priced per agent, so a team pays for the callers who dial.

Team seats are in active development: an owner dashboard across every seat, listen, whisper and barge on live calls, shared lists assigned by agent, and leaderboards. Command subscribers are first in line for early access. See RealDialer for teams and brokerages for the plan.

05

Calling rules

Every dial is checked before it rings

Line count changes how fast you work. It does not change the rules. Before each number dials, RealDialer checks the calling-hours law where the contact is and where you are, and the stricter rule wins. Records outside their window are held with a plain-English reason and requeue themselves the moment the window opens.

Do-not-call flags from your imports are honored on every dial, and recording follows the consent rules for both ends of the call. RealDialer gives you tools that help you follow federal and state calling rules. You remain responsible for your own compliance with the TCPA and applicable law, including your do-not-call obligations. The compliance engine page covers the details.

Plan and price

Command includes everything in Operator and raises the session ceiling to fifteen lines, the most RealDialer's dialing engine runs for one agent.

$219/agent/mo

Fifteen parallel lines, all calling minutes inbound and outbound, local caller IDs sized to your calling, the built-in CRM, preview and predictive dialing, voicemail drop, the 51-state compliance engine, 90-day call recordings with standard transcripts, priority support, white-glove onboarding, and first-in-line early access to team features. No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime.

Every line count

Single-line, triple-line, 5-line or 15-line

Every RealDialer plan can dial one line at a time. The plan you pick sets the most lines one session can run, and you choose the pace for each session from 1 line up to that ceiling.
