What it is
The same words appear on the Overview, Reports, Campaigns and Lists pages. This explains what each one counts.
Where to find it
Reports in the left menu. The same terms are used on Overview, Campaigns and Lists.

Good to know
- Calls placed or Dials: call attempts that actually dialed.
- People reached: calls that reached a live person. A voicemail greeting, an answering machine, a call screener or a call you marked as voicemail is not a person.
- Connect rate: the share of dials that reached a person.
- Conversation: a call that reached a person and has a saved conversation result.
- Contact rate on a campaign: conversations out of dials.
- Right party rate: the share of people reached who were the right person, not a wrong number.
- Talk time: time on the phone with a person. Machines, voicemail drops and abandoned answers do not count.
- Voicemails left: counted separately, never as talk time.
- Conversation coverage: unique callable contacts on a list with a saved conversation result, divided by all callable contacts on it.
- Still to reach: people you have not had a conversation with yet. Untouched means never dialed.
- Leads: records that moved into the CRM from a call.
- Your own test calls stay in your numbers.
