What it is
Texting lets you text your contacts from RealDialer and keep every reply in the Inbox next to your calls. It is a paid upgrade, and it is not open to every account yet. Accounts that have it see a Texting card under Plan and billing and a Text registration section under Compliance.
Where to find it
Settings > Billing > Plan and billing > Texting
Steps
- Open Settings, then Plan and billing.
Settings, Plan and billing. Accounts with texting see a Texting card below the plan - Look for the Texting card below your plan.
- If you see it, follow the card to add texting and finish the steps it lists.
- If you do not see it, texting is not on for your account yet. Open a support request or write to support@realdialer.com to ask about it.
Good to know
- Before any text can go out, carriers need your business registered. That is done in Text registration and usually takes a few days.
- Texting has no free trial. It is a paid upgrade from the day it is added, and the registration starts after that.
- Each agent sends from their own texting number.
- Texts you send to contacts are separate from the texts RealDialer sends you about your account.
