What it is

RealDialer AI gives you a more accurate transcript of every recorded conversation, an AI summary on the contact record, the Overview Assistant, AI coaching while you talk, and the callback and tasks the conversation calls for, suggested for you. It comes in two sizes, RealDialer AI and RealDialer AI Pro. Both include the same tools. Pro allows about twice as much AI each month.

Steps

  1. Click Upgrades in the left menu.
  2. Find the RealDialer AI section. It shows two cards, RealDialer AI and RealDialer AI Pro, and the one that is on.
  3. If you are the owner, press Turn it on on the size you want, or Keep it during the free trial.
  4. Check the price shown and press Yes, add it. It picks up on your next call.

Good to know

  • Price: RealDialer AI is $49.97 a month per agent. RealDialer AI Pro is $99.97 a month per agent. The card shows the total for all your seats.
  • New accounts get a 14 day free trial of RealDialer AI. Nothing is charged unless the owner keeps it. RealDialer AI Pro has no free trial.
  • Each size has one at a time. Turning on the other size replaces the one you have. See the article on AI usage and moving to RealDialer AI Pro.
  • Each size comes with an AI allowance for the billing period, shared by everyone on the account. The card and Plan and billing show how much is used.
  • If its monthly payment fails, RealDialer AI turns off right away. Update your card and press Retry payment within 24 hours to turn it back on.
  • When it is off, recorded calls still get the standard transcript. AI summaries, AI coaching and the Overview Assistant stay off.
  • Summaries and transcripts made while it was on stay on your contact records after it is turned off.
  • Your Plan and billing page shows which RealDialer AI size is on, or Off.
  • Transcripts need a recording, so calls must be recorded for AI to work on them.
