Add, import or export do not call numbers

Your do not call list holds every number this account must never dial: anyone who asked to stop, plus anything you added or imported. A number on it is never dialed by anybody on the account, on any list. It is checked at the moment a call is placed, not when a list is imported.

What it is

Your do not call list holds every number this account must never dial: anyone who asked to stop, plus anything you added or imported. A number on it is never dialed by anybody on the account, on any list. It is checked at the moment a call is placed, not when a list is imported.

Where to find it

Settings > Compliance > Do not call > Numbers on your do-not-call list

Steps

  1. To add one number, type it under Add a number by hand and press Never call.
  2. To add many, press Import. Choose a file under Upload a file, or paste numbers under Or paste the numbers and press Add these numbers.
  3. To find a number, type it in Find a number and press Search.
  4. To download the list, press Export CSV.
  5. To make a number callable again, press the X on its row, if it has one.

Good to know

  • You can also upload whole do-not-call files under Uploaded lists: a brokerage list, a state list you bought, or a registry file you downloaded yourself. Each one is kept as a named list on your account, and every number on it is blocked for your whole team. Deleting a list unblocks only its numbers, and never one that is also on another list.
  • Any file works for import. RealDialer reads every phone number it finds, whatever the columns are called, and tells you what it took. Up to 25,000 numbers per import.
  • The Why column shows how a number got there: Asked us to stop during a call, Added by hand or Imported.
  • Choosing the Do not call call result on a call adds that number for you.
  • A number somebody asked to stop calling is kept as a record and cannot be removed.
  • RealDialer enforces this list on every dial, along with opt outs, litigator flags and numbers that skip trace data marks as registry listed. None of these can be turned off here.
  • RealDialer scrubs your lists against the National Do Not Call Registry once you connect your own registry subscription under National Do Not Call. Until then, scrub them before you call. To call one registry listed person you have a relationship with or written permission from, use I have permission to call this person on their contact record.
