Work callbacks and voicemail on the iPhone app

What it is

The Today tab in the iPhone app is your daily brief: any session in progress, a recommended list to call, your callback queue for the next seven days, and today’s appointments. Voicemail left on your numbers is under More.

Where to find it

RealDialer iPhone app > Today tab, and More > Voicemail

Steps

1. Open Today to see your callback queue, with overdue and due now callbacks first.
2. On a callback, tap Call to call that person through RealDialer, Done when it is handled, or Move to pick a new time.
3. To hear voicemail, tap More, then Voicemail. New messages are counted at the top.
4. Listen, then call the person back through the dialer so the call is recorded and shows your number.
5. To record your voicemail drop or greetings, tap More, then Greetings and drops.

Good to know

• When someone calls one of your numbers, RealDialer rings your browser and your cell at the same time, then voicemail if nobody answers. If your settings show Ring my iPhone app for incoming calls (Settings > Calling > Incoming calls), the app can ring too, with the iPhone’s own call screen, even when it is locked.
• Notifications tell you when a callback comes due and when a new voicemail arrives.
• Appointments booked from a call result show on Today on the day, and on the Calendar tab.
