Delete your account in the iPhone app

What it is

The RealDialer iPhone app lets you delete your account. What is deleted depends on your role. The account owner deletes the whole workspace. Anyone else deletes only their own login and seat.

Where to find it

RealDialer iPhone app > More > Settings > Danger zone > Delete account

Steps

1. In the app, tap More, then Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
3. Read the list of what is removed, what is kept and why, and how long it takes.
4. Type DELETE in the box.
5. Tap Delete account to confirm, or Keep my account to stop.

Good to know

• Owner: everyone on the workspace is signed out the moment you confirm. Contacts, notes, texts, emails, files, call recordings, voicemail, lead sheets and support tickets are removed within 30 days, the subscription is canceled, and you get an email when it is finished.
• Not the owner: your access ends at once. Your login, profile, tasks, notes and your seat are removed within 30 days.
• Federal telemarketing rules require five years of call records and do not call requests. Those are kept with names and contacts stripped out, cannot be seen in the app, and are destroyed after five years. Billing records and which terms were accepted are kept too.
• This cannot be undone from the app. If you only want to stop paying, ask support to cancel instead.
