Get started with the RealDialer iPhone app

What it is

The RealDialer app for iPhone lets you run call blocks, work your callback queue, listen to voicemail, read messages and get notifications away from your desk. It uses the same login, contacts and lists as the web app.

Where to find it

The RealDialer app on your iPhone. The tabs along the bottom are Today, Dialer, Calendar, Reports and More.

Steps

1. Open the RealDialer app and enter your Email address and Password, then tap Continue.
2. Choose the workspace this phone should open and tap Open workspace.
3. If asked, read and sign the Customer Agreement, just like on the web.
4. Go to More, then Settings, and verify your callback phone with Verify by call or Text me, then enter the 6 digit code and tap Confirm phone.
5. Allow notifications when the app asks, so callbacks and voicemail reach you.

Good to know

• The app is built for iPhone. Android is not available.
• If you do not have the app yet, open a support request and ask how to get it on your phone.
• To reset a forgotten password, use Forgot your password? on the web sign in page, then sign in to the app with the new one.
• More > Signed-in devices shows every device on your login and lets you sign one out.
• Your role and plan show under More > Settings.
• Deleting the app signs it out. Signing back in later works as normal.
