Run a call block from the iPhone app

What it is

The Dialer tab in the iPhone app starts and controls a calling session, the same kind you run on the web. You choose a campaign, a pass and your pacing, then connect your audio through the app.

Where to find it

RealDialer iPhone app > Dialer tab

Steps

1. Tap Dialer and choose a campaign. Tap New campaign if you have none.
2. Choose a pass for that campaign.
3. Set your call pacing. Start with one line and raise it as answers land cleanly.
4. Under How you will talk, check that Connect in app is selected.
5. Check the Ready to connect list, then tap Start call block.
6. Your audio connects in the app.
7. Tap Start auto dialer. Tap End call block when you are done.

Good to know

• Connect in app carries your audio over Wi-Fi or data, so no phone minutes are used. Lock the screen or switch apps and the line stays up.
• Your maximum lines follow your plan and your account’s live-answer setup, the same as on the web.
• If the readiness list says you have no caller IDs, ask your account owner to add numbers for you.
• If your audio line drops, the call block ends, so nobody is connected to silence.
