What it is

RealDialer verifies every customer before they dial, to protect your numbers and ours with the carriers. You upload three photos, give your legal name, and tell us your industry and license number. RealDialer reviews them, and you can call once they are approved. Until then a banner at the top of every page says Verify your identity to start calling.

Where to find it

Settings > Account > Identity verification. You can also press Verify now on the banner at the top of the page.

Steps

  1. Open Identity verification.
  2. Press each photo box to take or choose a photo: Photo ID, front, Photo ID, back, and You holding your ID.
  3. Type your Full legal name, exactly as it appears on your ID.
  4. Choose your Type of ID.
  5. Add an Alternate phone number where RealDialer can reach you.
  6. Under Your business, choose your Industry and fill in what it asks for (see below).
  7. Press Submit for review.

Your industry and license

  • Real estate agent or broker: your License number and the State that issued it.
  • Insurance agent: your NPN (National Producer Number), or a state insurance license number and its state. You can look up your NPN for free at nipr.com.
  • Mortgage loan officer: your NMLS ID, digits only.
  • Real estate investor or wholesaler, Home services (solar, roofing, HVAC and similar), or Other: no license is needed. Give your Business name and, in one line, who you call and why. If you have a contractor license or business registration, you can add it.
  • RealDialer checks the license against the state or national license search. To change it later, open Identity verification again, edit Your business, and press Save business details. A new license number is checked again.

Good to know

  • A driver license, state ID, or passport works. For a passport, upload the photo page again as the back.
  • Keep all four corners of the ID in frame with no glare. Each file must be under 10 MB.
  • No camera on your computer? Use Show QR code for my phone to take the photos on your phone.
  • Approval usually comes the same business day. While it is being reviewed the page says Your ID is being reviewed.
  • Only the account owner or a manager can verify the account. Other teammates see a note asking them to have the owner complete the page.
  • Your photos are encrypted, and only RealDialer staff who verify identity can see them.
