What it is
RealDialer has a two way sync with Follow Up Boss. Your calls, notes, callbacks and appointments land in Follow Up Boss, and the people in Follow Up Boss can land in a RealDialer list. You connect it with an API key from Follow Up Boss.
Where to find it
Settings > Integrations > Connections > Follow Up Boss

Steps
- Open Follow Up Boss in another tab and sign in as an account owner or admin.
- Choose Admin, then API.
- Choose Create API Key, name it RealDialer, and copy the key.
- In RealDialer, open Connections and find the Follow Up Boss card.
- Paste the key in Follow Up Boss API key.
- Press Verify and connect Follow Up Boss.
- When it says connected and verified, set up the sync options that appear under the card.
Good to know
- Only an owner or admin in Follow Up Boss sees the API section. A regular Follow Up Boss user cannot create the key.
- RealDialer checks the key with Follow Up Boss before saving an encrypted copy. Only the last characters of the key are ever shown again.
- The connection belongs to you. Each teammate who wants their calls in Follow Up Boss connects their own key.
- Need help finding the key? Press Where do I find the Follow Up Boss key? on the card.
- Revoking the key inside Follow Up Boss stops the handoff right away.
- There is no extra charge for the Follow Up Boss connection.
