Choose what syncs with Follow Up Boss

What it is

Once Follow Up Boss is connected, a Two way sync panel appears under its card. You choose what goes out of RealDialer, whether people come in, and which Follow Up Boss stage moves on which call result.

Settings > Integrations > Connections > Follow Up Boss > Two way sync

Steps

1. Under Out of RealDialer, tick what you want sent: Log every conversation as a call in Follow Up Boss, Also log no answers and busy signals, Callbacks become Follow Up Boss tasks, Appointments become Follow Up Boss appointments, and Tag people by outcome.
2. To move stages, press Load your stages, then pick a stage next to each call result. Leave one on Leave as is to leave the stage alone.
3. Under Into RealDialer, tick Keep a Follow Up Boss list in RealDialer.
4. Choose Only people assigned to me or Everyone my key can see.
5. Press Save sync settings.
6. Press Import now to pull people in right away.

Good to know

• Changes queue instantly and send within a minute. The panel shows how many were sent, waiting, failed and linked.
• People arrive in a list called Follow Up Boss and stay current every five minutes. Follow Up Boss wins on names and addresses. Nothing is ever deleted in either system.
• With a Follow Up Boss account owner’s key, live updates are on and changes arrive the moment they happen. With an agent’s key, changes come on the five minute check.
• Tags used are RealDialer Lead, RealDialer Appointment, RealDialer Listing, Not Interested and Do Not Call.
• Import everything again does a full re-import if something looks out of date.
